This 1-hr class focuses on standing and seated poses, stretching, and healthy alignment. We'll also incorporate yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. All are great for stress relief and relaxation.

Denean is the Founder and Chief Wellness & Resilience Strategist at Teachone Wellness. Their mission is to empower people to shape their destiny through health and wellbeing, combining traditional yoga practices with contemporary psychological knowledge for a comprehensive wellness approach. Denean started their yoga practice in 1998 and became a proficient hatha and meditation instructor by 2009. Her teachings are anchored in yoga's essential elements, asanas, pranayama, meditation and diet-to promote overall health. She holds certifications in meditation, mindfulness, breathing techniques, trauma informed approaches, and a RYS 200-hour yoga teacher certification. Deneans yoga methodology integrates the latest in brain and heart health, focusing on trauma informed care and emotional well-being, thereby significantly improving physical, spiritual, and emotional health. She also conducts workshops in corporate and nonprofit settings to establish trauma-informed environments and teach leaders how to support employee wellness, covering topics like trauma, stress, resilience, and anxiety management. With comprehensive expertise and notable contributions, Denean is at the forefront of wellness, merging traditional yoga with modern psychology to deliver an effective wellness strategy for both individuals and organizations.
