Grab your mat and join Arts + Public Life's free weekly yoga classes every Friday and Saturday on the Arts Block! This 1-hr class focuses on standing and seated poses, stretching, and healthy alignment. We'll also incorporate yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. All are great for stress relief and relaxation.
This project is partially supported by a CityArts grant, and a Covid Arts Recovery Program grant from the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events.
RAIN PLAN:
Please note that if it rains on Friday, Community Yoga will be canceled. Saturday Community Yoga will be relocated to the Flex Space.
