
Arts + Public Life currently offers two spaces for rent at the Arts Block: the Green Line Performing Arts Center and the Flex Space in the Arts Incubator. We prioritize rentals for arts and cultural projects and organizations. Decisions for rentals will be made based on availability and mission alignment.
Green Line Performing Arts Center
Spanning 6,600 square feet, GLPAC features the E&A Theatre, a black box venue with seating for over 80, the Harris Studio for rehearsals and performances, the Bergman Family Green Room, the DelGiorno Lobby, and an outdoor courtyard.
Currently, we offer the E&A Theatre, Harris Studio, or the full building for rent (up to 6 hours of use)
The Arts Incubator
The Arts Incubator is a 10,000-square-foot mixed-use arts facility that serves as a hub for both emerging and established artists, featuring a gallery, artist studios, a flexible space, and a woodworking shop.
Currently, we only offer the Flex Space on the second floor for rent (up to 4 hours of use)
Rental Requests
How to Rent:
To ensure a seamless experience, please submit your rental request at least 90 days in advance of your desired event date. This allows us ample time to process your request, prepare the space, and coordinate staffing. We will not consider requests submitted outside of this timeframe.
What to Expect:
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Rentals are granted based on availability and alignment with our mission.
Priority is given to arts and cultural organizations.
Please note that our spaces are not available for private events such as birthday parties, weddings, graduations, baby showers, and/or similar occasions
